A taste that teleports you to Japan without actually going there 🇯🇵 This is the sesame oil bibim buckwheat noodles I bought at the Living Fair a while ago. It is a dish I really reach for often when I have no appetite on hot days 🥹 It is even more refreshing when you add ice cubes, and the nutty aroma of sesame oil goes so well with the buckwheat noodles that I find myself thinking about it for quite a while. I love adding lots of dried seaweed flakes, so I piled them on again today haha.
