I didn't realize pot rice was this easy, so why didn't I make it more often?🥹 The rolling egg yolk was a bit of a disappointing visual, but it was so delicious that I scraped the bottom of the pot clean :) The crispy rice crust at the bottom was absolutely amazing lol My child said, “Wait, Mom..! 👀 You were actually a good cook..?” Oh my gosh🤣 I'm a bit embarrassed since there are so many people who are good at cooking, but I'm posting the recipe anyway haha 📍 Beef Brisket and Chive Rice Pot Recipe 1. Wash 2 cups of rice, soak it for 20-30 minutes, and add it. 2. Add an equal amount of 2 cups of water + 2-3 tablespoons of Tsuyu (2 tablespoons is a bit bland). 3. Boil over medium-high heat while stirring until some of the water evaporates. 4. Cover the lid, reduce the heat to low, and let it sit for about 10 minutes. 5. Finely chop the chives and slice the garlic + coat the beef brisket (300g) with the seasoning and fire it up🔥 (Seasoning: Sugar 0.5 + Mirin 1 + Seasoned Soy Sauce 1.5) 6. When you think the rice is done, turn off the heat and arrange the ingredients neatly on top. 7. Cover the lid again and let it steam over low heat for 10 minutes to finish. 8.
