Pour olive oil into a pot Sauté minced garlic and onions Add sausages and sauté Pour in tomato sauce and sauté Crack an egg~ Add salt, peperoncino, and cheese, melt the cheese Sprinkle with herbs and it's done! Eating it on golden-brown toasted rye bread... it's heavenly!! My husband took a bite too, and since it was delicious, he polished it off completely lol.
