There is a product I have been using very effectively lately when making soup dishes. While commercial broth products are convenient and tasty, I used to be a bit concerned because they often contain MSG. However, I tried using ‘Moon Sung-hee’s Taste Water,’ a vegan vegetable broth containing the long-standing know-how of culinary researcher Moon Sung-hee, which I received as a gift at the last special class, when making soups, hot pots, or stews. The taste was much cleaner and lighter, yet I could feel a deep flavor. I was even more satisfied because it really brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients🤍 Above all, since it included various recipes using the seasoning liquid, I think it will be quite fun to try making them one by one. And even the pretty apron you packed along with it! It just made me feel better for no reason every time I cooked🫶🏻 Thanks to the good ingredients and the gift filled with warmth, the precious time I learned and felt during this class will remain in my memory for a long time.
