The BRK steamer I bought specifically for steaming is incredibly versatile. I use it very effectively when steaming root vegetables. It steams them perfectly, so I am very satisfied. Besides that, it is perfect for making vegetable duck stew, and I think it will be great for steaming vegetables when making baby food later on. If you remove the steamer, it can be used as a regular pot, but since it has a decent amount of depth, it is perfect for making tteokbokki or braised dishes!!
