I, Yottong, love convenience food. I like things that are quick, easy, and delicious. I found out that Modern House has convenience food too. You have to try these one by one! I tried everything from vegetable bibimbap to instant rice and curry, and Oh~ it's more convenient and delicious than I thought! For the wild vegetable bibimbap and gondre bibimbap, you just have to put them on top while cooking the rice, so I tried making them in a stone pot (Sook did it lol). The aroma of the vegetables was so good, and it felt just like the stone pot rice served at a traditional Korean restaurant, making it feel like dining out~ I even had the rice water, and wow~ the nutty flavor was exceptional! I cooked the instant rice, (Actually, the microwave did it all lol). If you like seafood, you absolutely have to try this~ The contents are substantial, and the chewy texture of the abalone and conch is fun, and it's full of the scent of the sea, making it feel just like being in Jeju Island! I wrote that I made the curry, (read: The microwave made it) It was a Japanese-style curry made by boiling vegetables to a thick consistency and had a slight spiciness, so the taste was a bit different from the instant curry I usually eat, but it had more depth and was delicious~ (I had some mushroom side dishes at home, so I added them in and it tasted even better) Especially when eating alone, I'm not the type to set out a whole spread of dishes, so I don't prepare many side dishes other than rice, so it was perfect to just have kimchi and seaweed to eat with. (My nickname at home - Seaweed Addiction lol.
