The True Cook TPU cutting board is great for preparing ingredients, and even allows for plating right off the board, so I find myself taking it out often these days. I used to be quite worried about knife marks on the cutting boards I used before, but since this one is made of TPU material—the same material used for medical tubes and baby pacifiers—I felt less burdened.
