Since I eat bread every morning, I thought I might as well eat something healthy, so I tried making whole wheat bread myself 🍞 (It’s possible with just 4 simple ingredients!) The dough went wrong and it looks ugly, but it tastes good. (Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside…) It feels like brunch tastes even better because I’m having bread I made myself! I put my medicine in the new Muji tin box I bought, so I’m remembering to take it better now. I think I just need to build up my stamina now?!
