Nostalgic Bowl Misutgaru 500g ice 500ml bottled water (or milk) 2-3 heaping ladles of Misutgaru 1 level ladle of sugar When I was little, my mom used to freeze ice in a large bowl like a basin, break it into large chunks, and mix it with Misutgaru for me. I’m going to try making old-fashioned Misutgaru just the way Mom used to make it! Put the ice, broken into large chunks by pounding it, into a bowl, and pour in 2 heaping ladles of nutty Misutgaru using a ladle! Add a level ladle of sugar! I used xylitol sugar. I can almost smell the nutty aroma of roasted soybean and barley flour from here. Pour in 500ml of cold bottled water and stir with a ladle. It tastes best when it starts to curdle, but if you stir well, you can drink it without any lumps. You can add more Misutgaru if you like! They say temperatures this summer will be higher than average, so drink back some memories with a cup of Misutgaru to cool down the sweltering daytime heat. #CornSoupRecord #CornSoupRecordCollection #Misugaru
