When moving into a new home (if you want to save money), absolutely do not do this 🚫 Use that money to buy pretty furniture and decor items from Today's House 😄 When you move in, there are tons of vendors visiting the complex. At first, I wondered if I had to do everything, but after living here for a year and a half, I'm glad I didn't. If you have the extra money, you can do it. But if you are looking for ways to cut costs, I recommend these 5 things 🙏 The countertops, bathroom, and grout in my house shown in the video are all in their original, factory condition. 1️⃣ Elastic Coating Many people do this because they are worried about mold, but if the house is prone to problems, it is merely a temporary fix. If the house isn't going to have problems, it won't happen even if you don't do it. 2️⃣ Kitchen Countertop Coating The countertops in a new home are brand new, after all. Cleaning is easy enough even without it. If you're hesitant, decide after you've lived here for a while 👌 3️⃣ Nano Coating (Shower Booth Glass) Just look at the shower faucet in my house. I didn't apply any coatings. Just use bathroom glass cleaner and a specialized faucet cleaner, and wipe it with a microfiber towel as needed. That's enough 🧼 4️⃣ Kerafoxy Grout People say it looks pretty, but the original grout in my house is still keeping it looking neat and tidy. Since you have to tear everything out and redo it if there are any repair issues with tiles, toilets, etc., if you want to do it anyway, just wait until the warranty period is over. 5️⃣ Bake-out Congratulations on moving into your new home 🎉 Sick building syndrome disappears when the house is no longer new. There are also experimental results showing that it doesn't have much effect.
