The only genuine Breville item I've consistently used is the tamper. The stock tamper is lightweight and difficult to level, but I don't think changing the tamper will improve that, I wanted to buy a constant pressure tamper, but they were all... Bamti... But isn't the Beanplant constant pressure tamper just super luxurious?
