#등촌칼국수 Today's dish is Deungchon Kalguksu, which I saw on a friend's feed a while ago. As soon as I saw it, I thought I had to make it, and I ended up making it today 🤭🤭 I don't like water parsley, so I was thinking of using chives instead, but bok choy was cheaper, so I bought that instead. Maybe because I added a bit more soybean paste when making the seasoning sauce, it turned out a little less red than it looked in the picture. It's been so long since I've had Deungchon Kalguksu that I don't really remember the taste, so I just ate it thinking, "Oh, this is delicious kalguksu" 😆😆 The portion was so big that I couldn't finish it all. As for the ingredients, since I like mushrooms, I prepared three types: enoki, king oyster, and enoki. I put potatoes, onions, the seasoning sauce, and the anchovy kalguksu soup base into water. Once the water boiled, I added the mushrooms and anchovy kalguksu noodles first, and the bok choy a little later. I was thinking of eating it without side dishes, but the young radish kimchi was delicious, so I just took out the kimchi.
