Perhaps because it was such a grateful companion that sometimes served as a cozy sanctuary and other times as a backdrop for our beautiful interior, I suddenly feel a lump in my throat and a sense of regret now that I actually have to let it go. However, since it is a piece of furniture we sit close to every day, I found myself feeling a bit more wistful as time went by. So, I visited a furniture fair this weekend, made the big decision, and signed a contract for a sofa in the 2 million won range! At first, I wondered, "Investing this much in a sofa?" but I wanted to give my husband and me the gift of the most perfect comfort at the end of our exhausting daily lives! I expect to receive it in early July, and I'm already half worried and half excited—it's quite a different style, haha. It feels a bit like a challenge, too...
