This time, I’d like to introduce the entryway, which determines the first impression of the home 🤍 Since the entryway is the first space you encounter when entering or leaving, I wanted to create a clean yet warm atmosphere. I hung a fish to ward off evil spirits on one side of the entryway. I hung it there hoping the house would be filled with good energy, and it has become a focal point that naturally catches the eye every time you step inside. Also, as we live with a child, we pay close attention to hygiene. I have placed hand sanitizer in front of the entrance so it can be used immediately after going out. It is convenient to be able to disinfect hands as soon as you enter, and as befits a home with a child, I strive to pay attention to even the smallest details. For the front door, I applied white film instead of the original color. Since the entire house is decorated in white tones, I wanted the front door to match the same atmosphere. Thanks to this, you can feel a bright and clean vibe from the moment you step into the entryway. For the shoe cabinet, I considered not only storage functionality but also design elements. I designed a section in the center as an open display cabinet and added lighting to provide a focal point in a space that could otherwise be monotonous. Thanks to the softly lit lighting, the atmosphere feels brighter and warmer every time you enter the house. We also installed indirect lighting under the shoe cabinet. This makes it much more convenient to find shoes when going out or returning home at night, and it also has the effect of making the entire entryway look even more luxurious and neat. This entryway was designed with both practicality and atmosphere in mind, rather than focusing on flashy decorations.
