Mukbang time after a long break! Making French toast with the brioche bread I bought from Gotgan in Yeonhui-dong 🍞🤎 I stopped by Gotgan because I had some time to spare while visiting my in-laws in Yeonhui-dong. I didn't want to just pass by, so I brought home some brioche bread :) I mixed eggs, milk, xylitol sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla paste, and let the bread soak for about 4 hours... Then, I melted a little butter in a frying pan, fried the bread over extremely low heat until golden brown all the way through, and enjoyed it even more deliciously with ricotta cheese and maple syrup 🤍
