Summer preparations start with making grapefruit syrup. The process of making fruit syrup was a bit tedious and cumbersome, but I feel reassured now that I have filled the refrigerator with the syrup I made with such care : ) 🍊 Kamgoz Home Grapefruit Syrup Recipe ➊ Wash the grapefruits with baking soda, then blanch them briefly in boiling water. ➋ Peel the outer skin and separate the flesh. For the flesh that isn't plump, extract the juice and use only the juice. ➌ Use sugar at a ratio of about 0.7 to the weight of the flesh (excluding the juice). ➍ Add the grapefruit flesh + juice + the specified amount of sugar and mix well. ➎ Finally, add lemon juice (or extract) to your liking. I added 400ml of juice to 1.4kg of grapefruit flesh. ⑥ Put it in a sterilized jar and seal it, and you're done.ᐟ When I make the syrup with just grapefruit pulp and sugar, the sweetness feels too strong when I eat it, so I always make sure to add lemon juice. 🍋 Since this recipe uses less sugar relative to the weight of the pulp, it is best to add plenty and consume it quickly.ᐟ A glass of sweet and sour, perfectly ripe grapefruit syrup with added sparkling water makes me feel like the sticky heat is being cleanly washed away. #CornSoupRecord #콘수프기록 #콘수프 #오늘의우리집 #주방살림 #여름음료 #자몽청 #자몽청만들기 #살림 #살림기록 #살림템
