#콩국수 #물만두 Today is soybean noodle soup. I saw the soybean broth and decided to have it, so I bought boiled dumplings along with it. I put the soybean broth in the refrigerator to chill, sliced the cucumbers with a vegetable slicer, and since I already had fully ripened tomatoes, I didn't buy cherry tomatoes. While boiling the eggs, I cooked somen noodles in a separate pot, rinsed them well in cold water to drain, cooked the dumplings, and cooled them in cold water. I only served young radish kimchi again today. Since I had the soybean broth in the refrigerator, I thought I wouldn't need to add ice, but the broth was rich and I wanted to eat it even colder, so I added a few ice cubes and poured in more broth.
