A summer bowl you can only enjoy right now while peas are in season 🫛 I shelled 500g, but the kernels only amounted to about 230g. After boiling the shelled peas for 10 minutes, I added one pack of soft tofu for side dishes and one packet of mixed nuts, poured in 260ml of water, and blended everything finely. (Peas, water, and salt alone are enough, but adding nuts and tofu makes it richer and thicker. You should add water in a 1:1 ratio with the ingredients.) I tried using Kongdambaekmyeon noodles instead of regular somyeon, and it was convenient because you don't need to boil them separately; you just need to rinse them. Rather than following a standard recipe, I just made this casually using ingredients I had at home.
