This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the Curator Program. I recently received the MUETS x Taylor Scents National Museum of Korea Collection as a sponsorship and had the opportunity to try it out :) I generally prefer an Oriental mood and natural interiors, so I was delighted the moment I saw this collection, as it captures Korean beauty from the packaging to the product design. Since the product is crafted with motifs from the National Museum of Korea's collection, it felt less like a simple fragrance and more like an object in itself. It blends naturally into spaces with wood tones and Oriental elements, like my home, and I think its biggest advantage is that it doesn't detract from the interior no matter where you place it. The scent is not artificial or strong; instead, it is a subtle woody fragrance that feels like it naturally permeates the space. It is not a headache-inducing or overwhelming scent, but rather one that spreads gently, so I think even those who don't usually prefer strong fragrances would enjoy it. With the meticulously crafted packaging and the added significance of utilizing the National Museum of Korea's collection, I thought it would make a truly wonderful gift.
