I bought a Laguiole knife for the first time. My bread knife disappeared when I moved, and I hadn't bought a new one for over a year. Cutting large loaves of bread was a struggle, so I finally made the purchase. It’s the Laguiole I’d only heard about. I love it right from the handle. As expected, the cutting power is excellent. I think I understand why people who love kitchenware collect them one by one. Though, I probably won't be able to buy one for a while, haha. I was in a good mood, so I bought a cucumber salad baguette from the bakery in front of my house, and it had some cuts in it. But since I have to use the Laguiole, I carefully sliced it, avoiding the cuts. It’s brunch time with an Americano, so it’s just as nice. I hope you have a wonderful weekend despite the rain.
