My second most cherished piece of furniture is my bed. I think that’s because both the dining table and the bed were chosen as part of my wedding dowry. I am using a Simmons Arla frame and a Simmons Zalmon KK mattress. I bought the Arla frame as soon as it was released, so the department store told me I was the first buyer. That’s why it’s a bed that I remember fondly and cherish even more. In our bedroom, rather than filling it with a lot of furniture, I wanted to create a space where the bed alone sets the mood. I haven't been able to choose a side table yet, so a chair is just serving as a makeshift table for now 🤭 The key features of the Arla frame are the curves of the headboard and the houndstooth pattern!! Since it is a patterned frame, I am keeping the colors of the duvet to a minimum.
