🦐🤍 Today's main course is raw shrimp sashimi. I prepared a generous amount of plump raw shrimp sashimi and paired it with sushi rice to enjoy a full meal of shrimp sashimi at home. I placed the shrimp on top one by one to eat like shrimp sushi, and grilled the remaining shrimp heads in butter until golden brown and crispy to enjoy; it turned into a perfect course where nothing went to waste :) From the translucent, glistening raw shrimp sashimi to the savory butter-grilled shrimp heads, a table filled with my favorite foods.
