A Costco portioning routine I always do, even if it's a hassle✨ Do this once a month and save on groceries! 2.8kg of minced meat. At first, you might wonder when you'll ever finish it all, but if you portion it out just once, it really keeps you well-fed for a whole month👍🏻 I portion out half of it as is and freeze it, and I turn the other half into patties and freeze them 🙌 ✔ Cut half of the minced meat into 6 pieces using a spatula ✔ Portion out about 230g per pack ✔ Use it as a topping for rice cake soup, braised beef, pasta, or fried rice For the remaining half, I added garlic, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs to make a dough, and wrapped them individually in Glad Wraps, resulting in about 10 patties! 2 tablespoons of garlic, and plenty of salt and pepper! Adding 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the dough makes the patties hold together much better. If you feel it lacks seasoning, just sprinkle it on again while grilling, and you're done! 👌 It’s delicious not only for burgers, but also when seasoned with soy sauce to make Tteokgalbi (Korean beef patties). 🤍 Especially since I started making frozen patties, I’ve practically stopped ordering burger delivery every weekend. 🍔 If you have any tips for portioning minced meat, please feel free to share them! #CostcoRecommendedItems {0 #NewlywedMealTable} {1 #KitchenEssentials} {2 #CornSoupRecordBook} {3 #Kitchenware} {4 #PortioningContainers} {5 #Portioning}
