Now that my baby has turned 20 months old, because the baby won't stay still, I've moved all the dangerous home decor items into the room or put them away :) Here are the home decor items that survived in the meantime ๐ซง 1. Montana I think the Montana is the quintessential "iron terrier" ๐ค At first, I thought, "This hunk of metal?!" but I ended up buying two of them. Since I can't put a table in the living room because of the baby, when needed, I place a tray of a similar size on the Montana and use it instead. It's the best for drinking beer while watching TV after putting the baby to bed โจ Even if the baby touches it, the corners are rounded and the finish is safe, so I don't worry at all! 2. Marshmallow Lamp I felt it was safer than a floor lamp. Unlike other table lamps, I worry they might break the moment they fall, but even though I dropped this light a few times, it is still perfectly fine haha. Made of terry material, it is soft and provides a soft atmosphere, so I have been using it a lot lately. 3. Componibilly I ordered the 3-tier version, and although it is currently about the same height as my baby, I have no worries because the finish is securely done! The white 3-tier shelf is the most steady choice, so I placed it out of the way. It has a clean yet sophisticated vibe unique to Componibili, which is simply unbeatable. I used it for storage because the doors are easy to open, but my baby threw everything around, so I turned it into a parking lot for my expensive toy cars. 4. Mama's Smile Wall Calendar I really wanted to hang shelves, but since my baby climbs onto the sofa and I don't know how far they might touch things, I couldn't bring myself to do it. Then I hung up the Mama's Smile calendar, and the previously empty wall now feels clean and complete.
