I really enjoy cooking and plating at home~~ I've been seeing Ankimo Gimbap everywhere lately, so I decided to give it a try at home. It was easy to make and delicious, so I think I'll be making it often!! Haha (Coupang Fresh is the best..!!!) Since I like drinking chilled champagne or white wine in this kind of weather, I also prepared some simple biscuits and cheese to go with it!! Korean melon salad, made with seasonal fruit, is easy to make and delicious.
