A wonderful example of #Catering. I am sharing a review of a special class I attended as a Special Creator, where I enjoyed a time filled not only with aroma but also with taste. In one corner of the class space, catering that was delightful just to look at was meticulously prepared, ranging from Egg Devildes to grilled scallops with mango salsa, shrimp and pineapple skewers, salmon rillette canapés, and meatball tarts. The tables, harmonizing fresh flowers, fruit, and vintage silverware, were so beautiful that I think I spent a while gazing at the tables rather than the food. I truly fell in love at first sight, and I felt incredibly grateful to the organizers for preparing everything like this. Every single item on the catering that day was truly delicious. The Egg Devildes were soft and nutty, while the grilled scallops with mango salsa featured a perfect balance of freshness and savory flavor. The shrimp pineapple skewers were a delightful combination of plump shrimp and sweet pineapple, and the salmon rillette canapés and meatball tarts were bite-sized yet packed with flavor. Plus, the beautifully decorated hard-boiled eggs were truly the best eggs I've ever tasted! Even though they are light finger foods, the taste and texture of each item varied, making it fun to pick and choose. They also perfectly complemented the atmosphere of the perfumery class, where we created our own perfumes while smelling the scents. As I slowly savored the beautiful food in a fragrant space, it felt less like an ordinary day and more like a special day where I was being properly treated. If I ever host a home party in the future, I definitely want to recreate this catering experience. Since the menu items were easy to pick up and eat one by one while still making the table look elegant, I thought they would be perfect for preparing when inviting guests over. Not only the food, but also the table styling—which utilized flowers, fruit, and silver trays—was so much to my liking that I wanted to remember it exactly as it was. So, I took a LOT of photos. I was truly happy to create special memories through my Special Creator activities, blending perfumes in such a beautiful space and enjoying delicious catering.
