#콘수푸기록집 A working mom's holiday morning, just for a brief moment! My own "Me Time"! 🌿 I woke up late, opened the refrigerator, and prepared a "fridge clearing" brunch with a light heart. It really isn't anything special, but today's sandwich is definitely delicious 🥪 Actually, I was trying to make a pretty fried egg... Why were my hands trembling? :) I was using the best non-stick frying pan @Derago that works well even without oil; did my hands get nervous? Failed the flipping angle lol. That wasn't the right spot... I couldn't put a ruined fried egg on my pretty favorite plate... So I changed the menu to a sandwich! My first cheat code! Tous Les Jours Honey Toast! It's delicious even just eating the bread alone lol. I put in the ruined fried egg, cheat code 2, and spread some whole grain mustard; Everything tastes good with this in it haha. I also added a whole container of leftover cheese from the kids and some washed lettuce; Done! Or so I thought, but then I forgot cheat code 3, the ketchup... I opened it and put it back in lol. Egg toast tastes best with ketchup, though haha. A simple yet very filling and satisfying toast is complete!!
