🥬 Update on the Urban Farmer's Small Kitchen Garden I started this kitchen garden just to try making a salad once or twice... But before I knew it, it grew bigger than I did, living more diligently than I did. 😂 I only refilled the water every day, but the lettuce and bok choy grew so fast that now I'm even falling behind on harvesting. Seeing the lush greenery when I get home from work is more healing than I expected, and I'm incredibly satisfied knowing I can pick and eat whatever I need right away.
