Since it is made of rust-free 304 stainless steel, it is great for long-term use. Maintenance is also incredibly convenient, as it requires no polishing and allows for complete disassembly for washing. The 5mm thickness reduces strain on the wrist when cutting, and it sits firmly on the surface without slipping, providing a sense of stability. The grooves on the edges prevent kimchi juice or liquids from spilling, which is also very convenient. With its clean and aesthetic design, it looks fantastic even when simply sliced ​​and placed directly on the table for plating.
