Ugly Gimbap😝 I made beef yak-gochujang, and ate bibimbap yesterday, and tried making gimbap today. I made two small rolled omelets, filled them with shishito peppers and yak-gochujang, and rolled them up. The yak-gochujang was already well-seasoned, so I just coated them with sesame oil at night.
