#콘수프기록집 #예쁜템최고야 Would you like to take a virtual trip to Spain from the comfort of your home with seafood paella? I made seafood paella using Prem's Pleon cast iron plate, and I managed to make it look beautiful in no time, from cooking to plating! 👍 As long as you preheat the cast iron plate properly, it retains heat so well that you don't need high heat! Plus, since it is induction-safe, oven-safe, and even dishwasher-safe, convenience has been added to its versatility~ 📍 Ingredients 150g rice, 1/2 onion, 1 tomato, 1/2 bell pepper, mixed seafood 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 packet paella seasoning, a little butter, olive oil Chicken broth (300ml water + 1 tablespoon chicken stock), salt, pepper 📍 Recipe 1️⃣ Preheat the cast iron plate over medium heat, coat it with oil, then turn off the heat and wait 1-2 minutes to allow the oil film to stabilize before starting cooking. 2️⃣ Remove moisture from the scallops and shrimp, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3️⃣ Sauté the seafood in butter and set aside briefly. 4️⃣ Sauté the minced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic, then add the minced tomato and rice and stir-fry. 5️⃣ Pour in the chicken broth. Please sprinkle with paella seasoning as well. 6️⃣ Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Once the broth has reduced, place the grilled seafood on top, close the lid, and let it steam for 10 minutes. 📍 Tip - Although paella recipes usually cook the rice without washing it, I washed it once before using it. - If you do not have paella seasoning, please substitute it with paprika powder and turmeric powder. - Do not stir the rice while simmering over low heat. - If the rice is not fully cooked, let it steam for another 5–10 minutes. Enjoy your meal😊 #Recipe #집밥 #무쇠접시 #프렘 #쿡웨어 #스파츌라 #스텐밧드 #바겐슈타이거 #실리콘조리도구 #계량컵 #파이렉스 #맞팔
