No matter how I looked at it, installing picture rails seemed like the safest and neatest option, but surprisingly, I couldn't find many reviews about doing it on molded walls. So, I'm leaving this post here...^^ You can use picture rails even on molded walls! They aren't as bothersome or stand out as you might think. Installation is simple, and actually, since the wallpaper has separated slightly in one area, I'm very satisfied because it actually covers that part! I recommend transparent wire for white walls. You really can't see it. I hope my photos help those of you who are struggling like I did. I agonized over this for over 6 months... I searched through all the photos, but there weren't many pictures of molded walls. The painting is my husband's artwork.
