#HomemadePickles My family are total Korean food enthusiasts, so I thought we wouldn't have much reason to eat pickles, but I find myself craving them quite often! 😲 As a DIY enthusiast, I couldn't just sit still... I looked up various videos from YouTube cooking instructors and tried making them right away! 🥒✨ Ingredients: 8 cucumbers, 1/2 head of red cabbage, 1/4 medium radish, 1.8L water, 330g sugar, 90g salt, 35g pickling spice, 30g whole cinnamon sticks, 520ml vinegar 1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and place them in a stainless steel or heat-resistant glass container. 2. Add all the pickling liquid ingredients except the vinegar, bring to a boil, and then strain through a sieve. 3. Finally, mix in the vinegar, then pour the hot liquid directly over the vegetables. That's it! After cooling completely, close the lid and store at room temperature for a day. Then, let it ripen in the refrigerator for about 1 to 2 days before eating! When I saw the finished pickles, I immediately thought of pasta, but my husband said he was craving pizza. (In the end, I ordered pizza for him right away, hehe...!) Eat plenty of the pickles I made along with the pizza! 🙂 〰️ #PickleMaking #PickleRecipe #pickle #homecooking #Recipe #Pickles
