Just placing it casually in the kitchen instantly elevates the interior, making it the best choice for creating a stylish storage atmosphere 👍🏻 In particular, I use it to grow sourdough starter (levain), which is essential for baking bread at home. Since it has a completely detachable structure, the glass lid, rubber seal, and body all separate cleanly, allowing for hygienic and convenient disassembly cleaning of every nook and cranny—which I found really convenient 🧼 Plus, it is safe to sterilize in boiling water—which is the most important factor when using glass containers—so I feel at ease when disinfecting before growing my sourdough starter.
