In actual use, food did not stick easily, allowing me to cook cleanly with minimal oil, and cleaning after cooking was also much easier. It is relatively lightweight, making both cooking and washing easy. The handle provides a secure, non-slip grip and boasts excellent heat resistance, so it stays warm even while cooking, allowing for comfortable use. I felt even more confident knowing it is a domestically produced product that can be used on various heat sources, including induction, gas stoves, and ceramic hobs.
