Since I usually eat at home, Iโ€™m posting a cooking video for my #MyDailyLife mission แฐ” ๐ŸŒฝ Chodang Corn Pot Rice is a dish I always make sure to make at least once when summer comes. Eating rice with sweet and crunchy Chodang corn seems to instantly bring back my appetite, which has been worn out by the heat, even without any other side dishes. ๐Ÿ“ โžŠ Separate the kernels from one Chodang corn cob and store the core separately. โž‹ Soak the washed rice for about 30 minutes. โžŒ Put the rice and water (1:0.8) into a pot and bring to a boil. โž Once it starts boiling, add 1 tablespoon of Tsuyu (Japanese soy sauce). โžŽ Add the corn kernels and core, and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. โž Turn off the heat and let it steam for 5 minutes. โž Add butter and mix lightly, and it's done!
