<Eggs in Hell & Wine> For Friday dinner at the end of a long, long week, I made Eggs in Hell and paired it with a glass of wine 🍷 • Eggs in Hell Ingredients Olive oil, onion, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper Tomato sauce, eggs, Bocconcini cheese, basil Sauté the onion thoroughly first to bring out its sweetness, then add the shrimp and cherry tomatoes and sauté once more 🍅 Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer, then top with the eggs and Bocconcini cheese, bake in the oven, and you're done! If you sprinkle chopped basil leaves over at the end, the flavor and visual appeal are upgraded to the next level 🌿 For the orange salad, I paired arugula and sliced oranges with burrata cheese, adding only olive oil and seasoning.
