A bowl that comes to mind the day after drinking: Cockle Fusilli 🍝 This is my personal hangover cure that I make often these days. The spicy Cheongyang peppers, savory cockles, and rich broth soak into the fusilli, leaving you feeling full and satisfied right down to the bottom after finishing a bowl. I make this frequently because it is easy to prepare using ingredients you already have at home, without needing complicated recipes. 🍝 Ingredients * 2 handfuls of fusilli * Cockles * 1/2 onion * 1 tablespoon minced garlic * 300ml water * 1.5 tablespoons chicken stock * 1 tablespoon fish sauce * 1 Cheongyang pepper * 1 handful of peperoncino * Olive oil * Parsley (optional) 👩🏻🍳 How to Make ① Drizzle olive oil and sauté the minced garlic and onion to release their aroma. ② Pour in 300ml of water, add the cockles, 1.5 tablespoons of chicken stock, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, peperoncino, and Cheongyang chili peppers, and bring to a boil. ③ Add the fusilli, which has been boiled for about 10 minutes, and simmer a little longer until the broth thickens. ④ Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with parsley to finish! 📌 It tastes best when you don't reduce the broth too much; leave just enough liquid to cover the bottom. From now on, I plan to record my favorite home-cooked meals, Japanese tableware, and small stories about the kitchen one by one.
