A Dieter's Home Cooking Log! During the first week of my diet, I lost 5kg by eating chicken breast and steamed cabbage using Caloballs, protein shakes, and Natural Wigobi (boiled egg + olive oil + salt and pepper). However, when I started eating regular food again, I gained weight back immediately. So, I am now on the path to becoming a "maintainer" by implementing a strategy of eating a diet meal for at least one day. Among them, my favorite combination is 'Apple + O'Nutty Peanut Butter'! I've tried many other peanut butters, but O'Nutty tastes the best. I'm already on my third jar and eating it diligently. However, because it is so delicious, eating too much peanut butter can actually lead to weight gain. In that case, I recommend MyNormal Peanut Butter, which comes in individual serving portions. The next menu I ate a lot of was 'Fermented Konjac Cold Buckwheat Noodles'! The noodles definitely have a konjac texture, but the broth tastes like the real world. Best of all, it's only 20 calories?! I can't believe it. Even eating two hard-boiled eggs with this doesn't equal the calories of a single protein shake. This menu has been incredibly helpful to me. "Konjac Enoki Mushroom Fried Rice!" is a dish I attempted by following a compilation of diet foods from the YouTube channel "1-Minute Dieter." I love the unique texture of konjac so much that I find myself making it often. I also tried making the Cucumber and Cherry Tomato Salad after seeing it in the video above; I'd like to recommend it because it has a refreshing taste that goes perfectly with summer. What I realized through this diet is that there is no end to dieting. I plan to continue trying out delicious, non-fattening foods to manage my weight. I think this will become the biggest topic of my daily life these days and also establish itself as a new hobby. What are your favorite diet foods? Please share your recommendations! #DietPlan #집밥기록 #유지어터 #다이어터 #주방템
