It is perfect for when it is awkward to mount your phone on the ceiling. It extends up to 150cm, so you can use it like a long selfie stick. Best of all, it comes with a remote control, which makes it incredibly convenient. The part where you attach the phone is MagSafe. You have no idea how much of a difference in convenience there is just because it is MagSafe or not. It isn't a super expensive or sturdy tripod, but I recommend it as a decent tripod for light indoor use.
