A new RDT tool!! 🙌 It sprays in the form of a fine mist, much like a super-mini humidifier(?), so compared to a spray, the water coats the entire coffee grounds evenly, and there is almost no sticking to the tray ☺️ Actually, it’s fine not to use it during the humid summer, but since this RDT is the most frequently asked question in my home cafe videos, I’m introducing it! RDT (Ross Droplet Technique) is a method of reducing static electricity by spraying a very small amount of water before grinding the beans.
