This is a review based on my personal experience using and styling the product, which was provided through the #오감리뷰 program. One of my bedroom wishlist items was a black chest of drawers. I was looking for a practical drawer unit that could organize both cosmetics and clothes, and this time I had the opportunity to try the Mate Gallery 3-Drawer Chest. 🖤 ✨ Design When I placed it in my bedroom and started using it, the first thing that caught my eye was the diagonal design on the front. Unlike typical flat-designed chests of drawers, this design naturally serves as a focal point, making the space look much more sophisticated. The black color also created a calm atmosphere with its subtle wood grain, rather than feeling stuffy or heavy. It blended naturally into my home, where I prefer a minimalist interior. When placed next to the bed, the space looked much more stable, and the bedroom atmosphere became much calmer. ✨ Size and Function With a width of 800mm, it is not too bulky to place in one corner of the bedroom, yet it offers more storage capacity than I expected. I use the top drawer to organize my daily cosmetics and beauty products, while keeping t-shirts and loungewear in the bottom two compartments. Organizing items by purpose made getting ready in the morning much more convenient, and as my cosmetics and clothes found their proper places, my bedroom became much neater and more organized. Additionally, since 15T material was used throughout, including the inside of the drawers, there was minimal wobbling and a sense of stability even when heavy items like cosmetics were placed inside. Even with frequent opening and closing, the drawers felt smooth and sturdy, giving me the impression that I could use them for a long time. ✨ Care Instructions I love black furniture so much that I even matched my living room furniture in black; however, I was initially a little worried because of the perception that black furniture is difficult to clean of dust and fingerprints. However, thanks to the LPM finish, I was able to keep dust and stains from daily life clean simply by wiping them lightly with a dry cloth. When stains appeared, I wiped them with a damp cloth and then finished with a dry cloth, allowing me to maintain a pristine condition just like new. I was also satisfied that I didn't have to spend a lot of time on daily maintenance. With my cosmetics and clothes in their proper places, my bedroom has become a much more organized space.
