I think a vanity is a space that gets messy quickly if you're not careful, as it is filled with small items. I use the storage cabinet in front of the bathroom as my vanity. Since it is visible from the living room as well, I try my best to keep it as tidy as possible. 🧺 I only keep frequently used items on top of the cabinet. I store makeup in Muji storage boxes and skincare products in Kitty Bunny Pony baskets. The Kitty Bunny Pony basket has surprisingly good storage capacity; it fits toner, cream, ampoules, and even sunscreen comfortably. For small items like eyebrow razors and lip balm, I use Daiso storage boxes and sauce holders. 💭 I try to own only as many cosmetics as fit in these baskets and storage boxes. Once I set a standard for storage space, I naturally reduced unnecessary spending, and organizing became much easier.
