Since I spend so much time sitting at my desk, there isn't a single spot on my body—neck, shoulders, or lower back—that doesn't ache. After much deliberation, I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron. Although the headrest is comfortable, I heard it isn't good for posture, so I didn't choose it as an option. It provides stable support for my lower back and pelvis even when sitting for long periods, so I can definitely feel a reduction in fatigue compared to before.
