Making Korean Melon Puree✨️ My mom gave me three huge Korean melons, but since I'm not the type to really enjoy fruit, and they didn't seem that sweet, I wasn't confident I could eat them all before they spoiled.. At first, I thought about making syrup, but then I decided to just blend them into a puree! Because I thought it would be delicious to make Korean melon milk or a smoothie with it🤓 And I decided that if I made it and froze it, having it all blended would be more versatile. The recipe isn't actually that precise in terms of measurements, but I wrote them down in the video.
