Airtight containers are items you just need more of, no matter how many you have, and they are incredibly useful in every size! However, the Luigi Bormioli Lock-Eat Perfectly Sealed Premium Glass Container is just so useful! It is made of sturdy glass, so you don't have to worry about sterilizing it with hot water. Also, for storing pickles like I do, the contents are clearly visible, allowing you to check the passage of time directly with your own eyes without having to open the lid. The key feature is the lid; it is integrated with the container, so you don't need to carry a separate clip, making it very convenient! Just slide it down, and it seals perfectly with a satisfying click! Placing the accent orange silicone under the lid enhances the seal compared to just using the glass lid alone! Also, the capacity is large and the opening is wide, so a ladle slides right in, which is satisfying. The shape is also pretty; the wide curve at the bottom makes it look sturdy and prevents it from looking plain! I am looking forward to storing kimchi in it, as the excellent airtight seal will keep it fresh for a long time.
