I realized that for a child's room, the layout is more important than simply decorating it beautifully. The subtle difference that changes the quality of parenting comes right from the arrangement. I arranged the space to fit my child's lifestyle, allowing them to play autonomously, take out books on their own, and naturally establish a bedtime routine. ✔️ The bed is in the quietest corner ✔️ The play kitchen is in the center of the room ✔️ Storage cabinets are placed considering the flow of play ✔️ The clothes drawers are along the laundry line ✔️ The bookshelf is placed near the door where it can be seen as people come and go ✔️ The remaining wall space is utilized as a magnetic board My priority was creating a structure where the child can move around independently and Mom and Dad can be comfortable.
