July arrived in the blink of an eye 👀 Lately, my back, which has always been perfectly fine, has been giving me trouble, so I even received a nerve block and am currently recovering. I used to be confident in my ability to do heavy lifting, but once my back started hurting, it didn't heal as easily as I expected. I hope it gets better before the kids' school break.
