I recommend organizing the construction you want and your budget in advance. 2️⃣ Compare as many companies as possible. I used: ✔️ Naver Semi-Self Cafe ✔️ Today's House ✔️ Zipdoc ✔️ Soomgo I searched through these platforms and continuously compared companies that could perform construction near my home. After receiving multiple quotes, you will eventually start to see a reasonable price. 3️⃣ When selecting a company, be sure to check these four things: ✔️ Construction examples ✔️ Detailed quotes ✔️ Communication ✔️ After-sales service I do not recommend making a decision based solely on price. 4️⃣ Decide in advance what you will compromise on. Since our house is an older building scheduled for demolition, we proceeded with the most affordable materials possible. I kept wanting more, but I lowered the quality of the materials to stay within budget. I realized that in interior design, deciding where to spend the budget and where to save is more important than using expensive materials.
