Things that are just pretty get boring quickly, and things that are only functional don't really catch my eye. So, in the end, what I use for a long time is something that is both pretty and comfortable. This fan doesn't take up the space no matter where you place it in the living room, and since the base is thin, there is almost no chance of tripping over it while walking by. These days, I spend the most time running it along with the air conditioner. The breeze is cool and the air circulates well, so the house feels much more pleasant.
